Website use

This website is operated by Project 360 Pty Ltd, ABN 35 984 851 330, trading as Project 360. The website provides information about Project 360 services. You agree to use the site lawfully and in a way that does not damage, disable or interfere with the site or another person’s access.

You must not test, scan or bypass site security without written permission. Automated collection, copying or reuse of site content also requires written permission.

Information and proposals

Website content is general information. A service scope, price, expected result or delivery date becomes binding only through a written agreement signed by the relevant parties.

Examples, projections and reference outcomes depend on stated assumptions. Project 360 does not promise a financial result from website material.

Intellectual property

Project 360 owns or licenses the website design, text, graphics and code unless stated otherwise. You may view and print reasonable extracts for internal evaluation. No other right transfers through website access.

Liability

Project 360 takes reasonable care with website content and operation. To the extent permitted by law, Project 360 excludes liability for loss arising from reliance on general website content, unavailable services or third-party sites.

Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies which cannot lawfully be limited, including applicable Australian Consumer Law rights.

Governing law

Queensland law governs these terms. Courts with jurisdiction in Queensland hear disputes connected with website use.
