Information collected
Project 360 Pty Ltd, ABN 35 984 851 330, trading as Project 360, collects information you submit through the assessment form, including your name, business, role, work contact details, relevant systems, timing, budget range and operating challenge.
The hosting service records technical information needed for security, delivery and aggregate traffic reporting through cPanel AWStats. Records include request time, requested pages, referrer, browser information and network address. The separate rate-limit record stores a keyed hash rather than the raw network address. AWStats uses server logs and does not add a browser tracking cookie.
How information is used
Project 360 uses enquiry information to assess fit, respond, prepare requested material, protect the site and manage the resulting business relationship. Information submitted for an enquiry is not added to unrelated marketing lists without separate consent.
Disclosure
Project 360 shares information with service providers only where needed to host the website, deliver email, provide professional advice or operate agreed services. Project 360 does not sell personal information.
Information might also be disclosed where law requires disclosure or where disclosure protects legal rights and site security.
Storage and security
Project 360 applies access controls, encrypted transport, server-side configuration, request validation and operational safeguards suited to the information held. Internet transmission and storage carry inherent risk, so access stays limited to people and providers with a business need.

Retention
Enquiry records are kept for the period needed to respond, manage a possible engagement, meet legal duties and resolve disputes. Records no longer needed follow secure deletion processes.
Access and correction
You may request access to personal information held about you or ask for correction. Project 360 might need to verify your identity before acting on a request.
Privacy contact
Use the assessment form and select “Other” as your role. Put “Privacy request” at the start of the message. Project 360 will route the request without publishing a personal recipient address.
